Before you leave Satori, you’ll work with one of our Recovery Coaches to develop your personal Relapse Prevention Plan and Recovery Wellness Plan. These essential tools will be vital in supporting you through the early stages of recovery, helping you face challenges and maintain long-term progress.
In the weeks following your departure from Satori, you will have two one-to-one Zoom sessions with a Recovery Coach to discuss any challenges, review your recovery progress, and refine your plans. This ongoing support ensures you stay on track during the critical initial stages of recovery.
During your first year after leaving rehab, you will have access to our twice-weekly Zoom calls, where Satori alumni come together to offer mutual support, encouragement, and guidance. These calls are hosted by our certified Recovery Coaches and are an important opportunity to stay connected to a community of people who understand your journey.
We also offer tailored packages for ongoing Recovery Coaching and access to therapists, available upon request. These services are designed to provide continued guidance and support as you move forward in your recovery.
Our therapists and Recovery Coaches are all professionally certified. For example, our coaches are certified by the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR), a global leader in training for compassionate and effective recovery support. Each of our coaches holds the Recovery Coach Professional (RCP)© designation, ensuring you receive high-quality, individualized guidance from experts who truly understand the recovery process.
