We are the Data Controller for personal data collected through our website https://satorirecovery.com and our related services.
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
We are legally required to respond to such requests within one calendar month of receiving them.
You may request that we erase your data if:
The personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
You withdraw your consent (where consent is the legal basis for processing).
You object to our processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds to continue.
The data has been processed unlawfully.
The data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.
The data was collected in relation to the offer of online services to a child.
We may not be able to delete your data immediately if processing is necessary:
To comply with a legal obligation (e.g. health, tax, or record-keeping requirements).
For the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
To protect public health or archiving in the public interest.
For legitimate business purposes where your rights do not override those interests.
If any of these circumstances apply, we will explain the reasons for our decision.

We will confirm whether your data has been erased or explain why we cannot fully comply.

We will confirm completion of your request in writing.
If your data cannot be entirely deleted (for example, where legal records must be retained), we will securely restrict access to the data and ensure it is not used for any other purpose.
In cases where your personal data is processed by third-party partners (such as analytics or hosting providers), we will take reasonable steps to notify those parties of your erasure request, provided it is technically feasible and does not involve disproportionate effort.
